The kit contains three Ayurvedic medicines, namely, Ayush Kwath Churna, Sudarshana Ghana Vati and Samshamani Vati. HOW TO USE AYUSH KIT

1. Ayush Kwath churna

– Method I: You can consume Ayush Kwath twice daily by dissolving scoop of powder (3g) in 150 ml boiled water.

– Method II: Add 3 g of Ayush Kwatha powder into 150 ml of boiling water and let it boil for 3 minutes and drink when warm.

– You may also wish to add few drops of lemon juice and/or a teaspoon of honey to enhance the taste with 2 mint leaves to get a refreshing drink.

2. Samshamani Vati twice a day after food, 1 tablet each with warm water.

3. Sudarshana Ghana Vati twice a day after food, 1 tablet each with warm water.
