  • Tamarind Leaf Decoction Gargle

    • Boil fresh tamarind leaves in water to make a decoction.
    • Strain and gargle with the solution to cleanse and heal ulcers.
    • Tamarind leaves have antibacterial and cooling effects, reducing irritation.
 
  • Chewing Dry Coconut with Red Candy Sugar

    • Take small pieces of dry coconut and red candy sugar (misri).
    • Chew the mixture slowly to soothe and nourish the mouth.
    • Dry coconut provides natural fats, while red candy sugar cools the ulcers, reducing discomfort.
These natural remedies can effectively provide relief from mouth ulcers and prevent recurrence. If the ulcers persist for more than two weeks, consult a healthcare professional
