you may find the search bar at the right top end of website. If you already know what you want to buy, please type in your requirement in search bar and you can see dropdown list of products and please select the one of your choices.

Once you enter the product page, you can find the image and the description of the product below, where in you find cart option to add products Add your product into cart and add the quantity. If you are looking for more products then please repeat the same search bar process.

If your are looking for products for certain conditions or cosmetics, you may find "Shop by Category" section in menu bar. Please explore to find the right ones for you.

If not, checkout from the cart page to order page. You may wish to register with our website or use social login or continue as guest login and fill in the mandatory fields ( Please recheck the address.. we want you to have your products at earliest. Right address helps us to do so). You may find multiple choices to do payment through Wallets, Netbanking, UPI etc. Select one of them and follow the process.

How can I check the status of my order?

Your package will include a copy of your receipt as well as contact details if there are any issues.
How can I amend an existing order?
If you would like to amend your order please contact our Customer Care team in the first instance on 7349744446 or via contact page. Please note sadly we are unable to add any additional items to your order once it has been placed.
Can I cancel or return my order?

How long does it take to process a refund?

How do I alter details in my online account?

What happens if a product is out of stock?

We aim to replenish our stock levels daily but if the item you are looking for is currently unavailable, our Customer Care team will be able to provide an estimate on when the item will be in stock and recommend an alternative. You can either visit our contact page or speak with a Customer Care team member directly on 7349744446. Our lines are open 9am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

How is my order delivered?

If your order has been delivered by special delivery, a signature will be required to complete the delivery of your package. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, the items may be returned to your local Post Office depot, left with a neighbour or in safe place depending on the delivery options selected. If you do not collect your items they will be returned to ayurcentralonline who may charge for the re-delivery.
