- For infants, one pinch of the churna mixed in honey should be fed three times a day
- For children, the doses should be increased to 4 pinches.
Though it is generally termed safe for all including children and pregnant women and devoid of any specific side effects, because of the hot-potent ingredients, it may induce gastric troubles.
