There are many ways to consume Alfalfa seeds. The most recommended version is given below.

Soak two to three tablespoons (per head) of Alfalfa seeds in 100ml of water and cover them.

Leave it soaked overnight for around 10 hours. Then drain the water and dry the sprouts in sunlight for 2 or 3 days.

Then expose them to indirect sunlight for one or two days. All this while its best to rinse them once in 10-12 hrs.

On the 5th day, the sprouts are ready for consumption. You can also boil them and consume them.
